Our Telemedicine Process
Three simple steps to prepare for your virtual appointment.

1. DOWNLOAD ZOOM
- Before your appointment, download the Zoom app on your phone, tablet, or computer. Make sure the app opens correctly and allow access to your camera and microphone.
2. COMPLETE YOUR PAPERWORK
- Complete all required forms before your first visit so your provider has the information needed to safely guide your care. You will receive appointment reminders by text message 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your visit.
3. JOIN YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Open the Zoom link sent to you and join a few minutes early. You must be in a private, quiet location, and you cannot be driving, operating a vehicle, or sitting in a public place during your appointment.
Important Reminder
Consistent attendance and follow-up visits are required for prescription management and continued treatment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may affect your ability to receive medications.
